Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at https://haikue.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Haikue provides technology services including website design and development, mobile app development, custom software development, AI automation, ERP solutions, and related digital services. All services are provided subject to a separate written agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Project Engagements

Each project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal document that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, we require an advance payment before work commences. Late payments may result in project suspension. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. Haikue retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party components (libraries, plugins, fonts) are subject to their respective licences.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, and necessary content and assets. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials they provide to Haikue.

7. Limitation of Liability

Haikue's liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Warranties

Haikue warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, conversion rates, or revenue growth, as these depend on factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Haikue will provide all completed work and project files upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
